Some celebrations are extra special, and Teddy’s second birthday was one of them. We had been in touch with his mom, Tiffany, for over a year before this party came to life. As fans of Tiffany and her husband Gio from the show Selling OC, we were thrilled when she reached out about a soft play rental. She decided to wait until Teddy’s second birthday to celebrate big — and it was worth the wait!

The Theme: “Teddy’s TWO Cool”
Tiffany came prepared with the cutest mood board, perfectly capturing the California beach vibe. The details tied everything together — breezy blues, playful décor, and an atmosphere that felt fun and stylish all at once. With balloons, soft play, and a bounce house in the mix, this setup was designed for kids to run, jump, and play all afternoon.
The Perfect Venue: Lido Isle Event Lawn
The party was held on September 13, 2025, at the Lido Isle Event Lawn in Newport Beach. With wide-open green space and a picture-perfect lawn, it was the ideal backdrop for Teddy’s big day. The spacious venue gave us plenty of room to set up both soft play and a bounce house side by side.
We arrived early at 11 a.m. (the party kicked off at 3 p.m.) to make sure everything was ready. Gio met us at the park, walked us through the layout, and kindly gave us the green light to do our thing. Everything came together smoothly, and we sent Tiffany preview photos — the setup matched her vision perfectly.
The Soft Play and Bounce House Setup
This party had it all:
- Large Soft Play Set – complete with tunnels, climbing structures, and plenty of space to crawl and explore.
- Balance Beam – our largest structure, which Teddy loved since he’s been taking classes with Tiffany. A perfect fit for his new gymnast skills!
- Round Ball Pit – always a crowd favorite, filled with colorful balls.
- Animal Hoppers & Soft Race Car – fun additions for imaginative play and energy-burning bouncing.
- 3-in-1 Bounce House – set up right next to the soft play so older kids could go back and forth between zones.
By the time guests arrived, kids of all ages were happily rotating from the ball pit to the bounce house to the tunnels. The balance beam stole the show for little adventurers wanting to test their balance and coordination.
Party Vibes
What made this celebration even more memorable was how kind Tiffany and Gio were throughout the process. After a year of planning, they trusted us to bring the play zones to life — and seeing them enjoy the final result was incredibly rewarding.
When we returned for pickup at 6 p.m., a handful of kids were still playing! Some even helped us toss balls back into the pit (which we always love — it shows how much fun they had). Guests were sweet, thoughtful, and respectful of the play area, keeping everything safe and tidy.
Tiffany and Gio shared moments from the day on social media, including sweet photos and videos of Teddy enjoying his TWO COOL birthday. Being part of their celebration and seeing our setup highlighted was such an honor.
