How is the equipment sanitized?
All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with antibacterial products before and after each event.
Is there a deposit?
A $100 deposit is required to book a time and date for your rental. Without the deposit, your booking will not be placed. Should you cancel your booking at any given time, you will forfeit the deposit. However, we are happy to reschedule a booking for another time.
What is your Cancellation policy?

How long is the rental duration?
All rentals are up to 4 hours not including setup and breakdown time. Rentals cannot stay overnight.
Duration can be extended at $100 per hour.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Paypal and cash.
All balances must be paid prior to schedule setup date/time.
What surfaces can we set up on?
Rentals can be set up on dry grass, concrete, carpet or flooring. The surface must be flat. We cannot set up on dirt, sand or mulch.
What is your policy for damaged rentals?
When you book with us, you’re agreeing to cover the cost of any damaged goods. It’s your responsibility to take care of all the items, follow the rules, and prevent any damage or theft.

We service Orange County, Los Angeles and Inland Empire.
