What’s the best soft play size for my space?
Our soft play sets are built for children up to age 7, therefore the structures are slightly bigger. We recommend going with medium to large sized sets. These sizes allow ample room for children to run and play in and around the structures. It’s always best measure your space and send that info over to us.
How long does it take for the set up process?
Generally we only need 30 – 60 minutes to set up and clean the soft play equipment. Our team will likely be there 1 hour before your event start. If you prefer an earlier time, don’t hesitate to let us know.
What if my party is longer than rental period?
Our rentals are priced at a 4-hour interval, which provides plenty of time for children to play. Should your party require more time, there will be additional fees.
Can the set up be placed indoor?
Yes, the soft play equipment can be set up indoor. We can also set up outside on grass and concrete. As long as the floor is leveled, it should be okay.
