We require a flat, clean surface with at least 3-5 feet of clearance on all sides. While grass is a great option, we can safely set up on concrete or other hard surfaces using proper weights and safety measures to ensure the bounce house is securely anchored.
How do I reserve a bounce house?
You can reserve a bounce house by contacting us directly or booking online through our website. Be sure to book early, especially during peak seasons, to secure your preferred date.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is typically 4-6 hours, but we offer flexible rental durations to suit your event’s needs. Please let us know if you’d like to extend the rental time.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
For safety reasons, we do not set up bounce houses in high winds or heavy rain. If bad weather is forecasted, we will work with you to reschedule or cancel the rental at no additional cost.
Do I need to provide power for the bounce house?
Yes, the bounce house requires a standard electrical outlet within 50-75 feet of the setup location. If power isn’t available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.
