We were thrilled that our old friends from MAMA HIEU’s asked us to help with planning Aria’s 3rd birthday party. Aria’s parents were the sweetest clients and trusted us with the entire balloon install. They only had two words for us: PINK and PRINCESS. Oh, and the party was on a Monday 😉

The event would start in the afternoon, meaning we were there to setup by noon, and boy was it a hot day. But no complaints here, it was a beautiful backyard and uppity music for the setup time.
We started off by placing the double wooden panels up with the custom decal. The chicest font was selected for “Aria” — what would be better than fun script for a princess?
Our balloon designer carefully selected different shades of pink, ensuring the backdrop had a fun but also elegant look. We used touches of light beige, powder pink and candy pink for a cascading look.Â
To finish, we added (the best!) Princess Aurora stand-alone cut-out that made all the difference!
White Bounce Castle
Our combination white bounce house was also a part of the festivities. Kids of all ages were able to enjoy the ball pit and slide attached to the jumper. They had a blast all afternoon going into the evening. Amazing kid energy!

Custom Princess Decorations
While plenty of fun was going on outside, there was a cute dessert table set up inside. Princess Aria had custom cake, macarons and labels printed for her guests.
Each party guest left with a goodie box filled with toys, treats and stickers!
This party was a special one as we were the party planners and invited as guests. What a better way to end the day with the birthday girl herself.
